Our Facility             

The Metropolitan Day School is located in northeast Washington in a quiet residential community, four blocks from the Brookland Metro Station. Our four-story building is handicapped-accessible.  It includes 12 classrooms, a chapel/multipurpose room, a library/resource center with state-of-the-art computers, a teacher's lounge, a student cafeteria, a commercial kitchen, and administrative offices.

A nearby recreation center with playing fields, basketball and tennis courts, and playground equipment is available for activities which cannot be accommodated on the school's enclosed playground. In addition, the Washington metropolitan area provides a rich mix of cultural and educational activities which are available to enhance and extend student learning.
