MBC Senior Exercise Class

CALLING ALL SENIORS 50 years and above!! Please join The Metropolitan Senior Exercise Class called “Forever Young” on Tuesdays from 12 noon to 1:00 PM at the church. We do standing and seated exercises using our body weight, dumbbells, balls, and bands. The exercises are designed to help you stay and/or get fit and healthy. I will work on your strength, endurance, balance and flexibility. I work with everyone. Come and join me and the group. It is never too late to get fit.
